The training is directed at all participant countries of the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) funded CDEMA Model Safe Schools Project (MSSP), to sensitize and develop competencies related to the use of an Enhanced Building Toolkit. The toolkit provides for a Rapid Visual assessment of educational facilities to determine their possible levels of vulnerability and collapse-ability to geophysical, hydrological and meteorological hazards in the Caribbean Region.
